Ingrid Hart, Modcom's owner for the last 20 years is now offering a new service: personal project management. 

"I’ve facilitated many large-scale projects in the past, and now I do this on an individual basis," said Hart.

"I guide my clients during a 12-week period of intense work to structure their idea into a real project. There are agendas, task lists, meeting notes, timelines, and research activities. At the very core of this work is the Action Planning Process, an eight-step methodology to inspire and build my client’s vision, taking it from an idea to a final product or endpoint."
